The historic barn, originally built in the early 1900s, has been restored and features six stalls and a tack room. A horse corral is also available for homeowners’ use.

Water is provided by the Ranch at Coulter Creek’s centralized water system.
A higher level of fire protection allows each homesite to be included in the Carbondale Fire District.
Residents may enjoy fishing and ice skating one of the two natural ponds.
An on-site Ranch Manager oversees all ranch operations and maintains the ranch common space and trails.
Ranch Headquarters serve as the Ranch Manager’s home and the homeowners’ recreation area.
Each homesite is provided with underground electric and phone utilities.
The electronic, gated ranch entrance adds an extra element of privacy and security for all residents.
